Refund Policy
Effective: May 25, 2026
If you're not happy with TeachersForge in the first 7 days after paying, we'll refund you in full. No paperwork. No interrogation. Just email us.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to hello@teachersforge.com from the same address as your account.
- Write in the subject line: "Refund".
- That's it. You don't need to explain anything.
We process refunds within 3 business days. The money returns to the same payment method you used. Cards may take 5-10 days to show the refund depending on your bank.
After the first 7 days
If you find that TeachersForge isn't for you after the first 7 days:
- You can cancel any time from your dashboard ("Manage subscription").
- You'll keep unlimited access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- There won't be any more charges.
We don't pro-rate refunds after the first 7 days — but we don't lock you in either: you cancel, you finish your paid period, done.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. multiple accounts to game the system). But we're reasonable — if you have a special situation, write us.
Annual subscriptions
The 7-day guarantee applies to annual plans too. If you cancel within 7 days, we refund the full $40.
Comp accounts (Founder Gift)
Comp accounts aren't eligible for refunds because no payment was made. If you received a comp account and prefer not to use it, just let us know and we'll revoke it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the terms of your current subscription don't change — the new policy applies only to new subscriptions.
