Terms of Service
Effective: June 13, 2026
Welcome to TeachersForge. By using our service, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language because you're a teacher, not a lawyer.
1. What TeachersForge is
TeachersForge is a web tool for teachers that generates worksheets, exit tickets, parent emails, newsletters, and differentiated materials — personalized with your name, school, and grade.
2. Your account
- You must be 18+ and an active educator (teacher, aide, tutor, homeschool parent).
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account = one educator. Don't share your account with colleagues (tell them to sign up instead — the 5 free files a day are per person).
3. Plans and payment
Free Plan: 5 files per day. No expiration. No credit card.
Monthly Plan: $4 USD/month. Unlimited files. Auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
Annual Plan: $40 USD/year. Unlimited files. Auto-renews yearly until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not happy within the first 7 days, email us and we'll refund you. See the full Refund Policy.
5. What you can do with your content
The worksheets, tickets, and emails you generate are yours. You can:
- Print them, share them with your students and parents.
- Modify and adapt them however you like.
- Distribute them within your classroom or school.
You CAN'T: resell them as your own on platforms like TPT, or publish them as your own content. (That would be a problem for the teachers who actually pay for your work.)
5b. Who this service is for
TeachersForge is built for individual classroom teachers and the schools they teach in. You may use TeachersForge for:
- Your own classroom (any grade, any school, any country).
- Materials for your students and their parents.
- Your own professional development.
You may NOT use TeachersForge for:
- Tutoring businesses or test-prep services that charge for lessons made with TeachersForge.
- Curriculum companies, publishers, or educational content businesses.
- Training other AI models on TeachersForge output.
- Reselling or repackaging TeachersForge functionality.
Schools and districts that want to use TeachersForge for their teachers should contact us at hello@teachersforge.com about institutional pricing — we have plans designed for that.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use TeachersForge to:
- Generate content that's inappropriate for students.
- Harass parents, students, or colleagues.
- Try to break or overload the service.
- Resell access to your account.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or cancel your account.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep TeachersForge running 24/7, but we're a small business. If the service is down for an unreasonable time during your paid subscription, we'll prorate a refund.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your dashboard ("Manage subscription"). You'll keep unlimited access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No penalty.
9. Disclaimer
TeachersForge generates educational materials to save you time. You're the teacher — please review what you generate before giving it to students. We're not responsible for content you choose to use.
10. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll notify you by email before they take effect.
